At the International Chamber of Commerce, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth and Operational Excellence Project Manager to join our Transformation Office in Paris. This is a permanent full-time position with a competitive salary package.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, enhancing product offerings, and optimising marketing and business development operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Create comprehensive business cases for proposed projects, including cost-benefit analyses, risk assessments, and alignment with ICC's strategic objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage operational and business development projects, ensuring they meet scope, timeline, quality, and budget requirements.
  • Analyse current business processes, create detailed process maps, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilise data-driven approaches to assess process performance and pinpoint inefficiencies or bottlenecks.
  • Propose and design optimised business processes, recommending best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in project management, operational excellence, and business development strategy. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field, and at least five years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in project management tools, such as MS Project, Visio, and Power BI, is also required.
