En tant que Customer Success Manager (CSM), tu interviendras au sein de l'équipe CSM qui accompagne les clients au quotidien dans l’utilisation et le déploiement de notre solution d’IA générative.
Tu pourras ainsi contribuer à :
- Les onboarder
- Les former à l’utilisation de nos outils
- Augmenter l’usage de notre solution
- Développer une stratégie de satisfaction client
- Faire remonter les besoins clients en termes d’amélioration produit ou process
- Envisager des missions transverses (Marketing, Produit…)
Le profil recherché
Profil recherché
Nous recherchons un(e) étudiant(e) en cours de formation en gestion de projet digital, qui souhaite effectuer son alternance dans une entreprise innovante.
Une première expérience ou un intérêt marqué pour le service client, la tech ou l'IA serait un plus.
- Tu as un excellent relationnel client
- Tu es curieux·se et force de proposition
- Tu es doté·e d’un esprit logique et synthétique
- Tu démontres un fort intérêt pour l’intelligence artificielle
- Tu es inscrit en Mastère ou Msc Chef de projet Digital chez The Nuum Factory
