Notre client est une société SaaS leader sur son marché qui apporte une nouvelle approche à l'ensemble de l'écosystème de la construction avec une connaissance approfondie des matériaux locaux à travers le monde afin de permettre des infrastructures plus durables, résilientes et inclusives.


Descriptif du poste :

Rattaché(e) à la Head of Sales & Marketing en tant qu'Account Executive SaaS vous stimulerez la croissance des ventes et développerez le marché français.

Votre rôle consistera à gérer des comptes clés, à comprendre la dynamique du secteur et à collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.

Votre expertise dans la gestion des grands comptes et dans la compréhension de la dynamique du secteur sera cruciale pour établir de solides relations avec les clients et atteindre les objectifs de vente.


Responsabilités :

  • Créer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie de vente globale pour le marché français
  • Identifier les opportunités de croissance, les segments cibles et les objectifs de revenus
  • Aligner les efforts de vente sur les objectifs généraux de l'entreprise
  • Gestion du cycle de vente : Qualifier les clients potentiels, Comprendre les besoins des entreprises, Organiser des démonstrations de produits, Négocier des accords, Conclure des ventes, Maintenir les relations avec les clients après la vente.
  • Génération de leads et prospection : cold calling, emailing, participer à des événements, social selling et networking afin de construire un pipeline solide.
  • Rester informé des tendances du secteur, de la dynamique du marché et des concurrents et utiliser ces connaissances pour positionner nos offres de manière efficace
  • Entretenir des relations solides avec les grands comptes existants : comprendre leurs besoins spécifiques et leur fournir un service exceptionnel, Identifier les opportunités de vente additionnelle et de vente croisée et Collaboration avec le Customer Success.



Profil souhaité :

  • Au moins 4 ans d'expérience dans la vente technique B2B ou SaaS auprès de comptes cibles Midmarket et Enterprise, avec un accent sur le développement de nouvelles affaires, de préférence dans le secteur de la construction
  • Motivé(e) et doté(e) d'un sens des affaires lui permettant de diriger de manière indépendante
  • Capacité à élaborer et à mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente globales
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles pour gérer efficacement les comptes clés et établir des relations à long terme avec des contacts de haut niveau au sein des comptes clés, des partenaires, etc.
  • Expérience de la génération de prospects, de la prospection et du business development
  • Expertise dans les outils de vente (Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, )
