Position Overview
We are seeking a candidate for the newly established role of Enterprise Sales Account Executive. In this capacity, you will spearhead sales growth through targeted acquisition initiatives across various industry sectors.
It’s centered around a “land and expand” strategy within enterprise-level organizations. Your responsibilities will include managing 0 to 2 existing customer accounts while focusing on nurturing these relationships and broadening partnerships. Furthermore, you will engage with 35 to 40 prospective clients, introducing them to our solutions.

Upon successfully converting prospects, you will have the opportunity to maintain these accounts and explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling our offerings.

You will also benefit from mentorship provided by our award-winning leadership team. Working closely with our high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners, you will be on a path to achieving remarkable success.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute territory plans to maximize revenue potential within a pool of broad, regionally focused accounts.
- Collaborate with pre-defined SE support based on region.
- Drive new logo customers, emphasizing the expansion of Dynatrace usage.
- Consult with Vice Presidents and C-level executives to devise and implement an effective enterprise-wide strategy that maximizes the value delivered by Dynatrace; position Dynatrace against competitors.
- Generate momentum by establishing Dynatrace in new markets through product demonstrations, in-market events, and account-specific initiatives.
- Develop a contact network within named accounts and channel partners to ensure effective and broad sales of Dynatrace solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Dynatrace functional areas such as sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other business lines to create and execute a solution strategy that meets customer business needs.
- Ensure the successful implementation of your customers' solutions.


Qualifications
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales across various business functions at the executive level.
- Ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations while shortening decision cycles.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (both written and oral, including negotiation and presentation skills).
- Confidence in developing a diverse territory plan and familiarity with leveraging a sales ecosystem.
- Demonstrated experience in acquiring new business.
- Thrive in high-velocity environments and act with urgency.
- Motivated and tenacious self-starter who consistently meets performance targets, driven by relationships with VP- and C-level executives.
- Proficient in building and executing business plans and sales strategies.
- Familiarity with collaborating and co-selling internally across all supporting resources to enhance effectiveness and advance the sales process (knowledge of MEDDPIC is a plus).
- Familiarity with the observability and modern application market.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in French and English.
