Basée à Lyon, notre agence accompagne la transformation de nos clients internationaux grâce à nos expertises technologiques, fonctionnelles et une approche sectorielle : Banque/Finance, Assurance, Distribution, Industrie et Energie.

En tant que Service Manager, vous serez responsable du delivery d’un programme AMS entièrement géré en mode off-shore.


Fonctions et responsabilités

  • En charge du pilotage global du delivery du programme
  • Responsable de la qualité des services fournis au niveau du programme et assurer la continuité de service
  • Responsable de l'amélioration des process et de la mise en place des outils
  • Responsable du suivi et de l’amélioration des KPI\SLAs
  • Point d'escalade sur les sujets critiques
  • Responsable du suivi et de l’amélioration de la satisfaction des utilisateurs
  • Responsable de la gestion quotidienne avec notre client
  • En charge de l’animation des différents comités avec le client et en interne du programme.
  • En charge du maintien des compétences et connaissances au niveau du programme.



Qualités requises pour réussir dans ce rôle

Nous recherchons un leader capable de partager la vision CGI avec nos clients, nos équipes et nos partenaires.

Compétences techniques / maîtrise des technologies :

- Avoir une expérience de minimum 10 ans en tant que Service Delivery Manager dans des environnements internationaux.

- Connaissance des écosystèmes Data et Digitaux

- Être en capacité de challenger les équipes en charge du delivery sur leur organisation et performance

- Connaissance du monde du service IT avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire

- Dispose des compétences ou expériences sur les méthodologies Lean, ITIL


Compétences linguistiques :

- Français

- Anglais courant obligatoire

Qualités personnelles :

- Vous devrez porter une vision stratégique et ambitieuse auprès des équipes et du client.

- Excellent sens du relationnel, diplomate, à l'écoute

- Capacité à construire des relations durables de partenariat avec nos clients

- Leader et intègre, vous êtes doté d'une vraie fibre managériale

- Sérieux, rigoureux, organisé, vous aimez le travail de qualité


Expérience :

- Domaine IT : Développement, infrastructure, projet d’exploitation ou support

- Poste similaire : Service Manager ou Team Leader
