Description du Poste :

Nous recherchons un Engineering Data Coordinator pour une mission stratégique au sein d’un projet EPC international. Vous serez intégré(e) dans l’équipe Information Management et serez chargé(e) de coordonner l'extraction, la validation et l'intégration des données techniques provenant des différentes disciplines d'ingénierie, en veillant à leur qualité et leur cohérence au sein de la base de données du projet.

Missions :

  • Coordination avec les Ingénieurs : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ingénieurs des différentes disciplines pour organiser l'extraction régulière des registres de données provenant des sources variées, incluant les listes d’équipements, le modèle 3D et les outils Smart Plan.
  • Automatisation des Processus : Collaborer avec l’équipe Information Management et l’équipe Méthodes et Outils pour automatiser les formats de registres de données, garantissant ainsi une gestion efficace des données.
  • Validation des Données : Utiliser les outils internes pour valider les données extraites, analyser les écarts, et travailler avec les disciplines pour résoudre les incohérences et assurer le suivi.
  • Intégration des Données : Importer les registres validés dans la base de données centralisée du projet, en garantissant leur cohérence avec l’ensemble des tags et données techniques.
  • Collaboration avec l’équipe Méthodes et Outils : Travailler avec l'équipe en charge de la configuration d’AVEVA Engineering pour développer et mettre en place les formats d’import des données, tester les processus, suggérer des améliorations, et s'assurer de la bonne intégration des données dans AVEVA Engineering.
  • Reporting : Participer à la production de rapports sur l’avancement des travaux et la qualité des données techniques, fournissant des mises à jour régulières sur l’état des registres.


Profil Recherché :

  • Formation : Ingénieur avec une solide connaissance des projets EPC. La capacité à lire des P&ID est un avantage.
  • Compétences en Gestion de Données : Forte affinité avec les données, expérience en gestion de bases de données, et aisance avec le traitement de gros volumes de données.
  • Expérience : Expérience préalable en data management, idéalement dans un environnement EPC.
  • Qualités Personnelles : Rigueur, réactivité, excellent relationnel, capacités analytiques, autonomie, et esprit d'équipe.
  • Langues : Anglais courant (écrit et oral).
  • Compétences Techniques : Bonne maîtrise d'Excel avec des notions de bases de données. La connaissance de PowerBI et d’AVEVA Engineering est un plus.


Qualité et Méthodologie :

Le candidat devra respecter les standards du projet, y compris les procédures d'Assurance Qualité. Les documents produits devront répondre aux critères de qualité technique, de contenu, et de présentation.
