Nous cherchons à renforcer nos équipes avec un Team Leader équipe Technicien Support (H/F).

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Coordination des incidents (N1, N2, N3) et traitement des réclamations Utilisateurs / Managers ;
  • Gestion des Incidents, Changements, Requests, Coordination des opérations (MEP) ;
  • Analyse et partage des rapports d'incidentologie par équipe DSI et proposition d'actions d'amélioration nécessaires à la performance des processus incidents et demandes ;
  • Gestion de la cellule de crise en cas d'Incident Majeur ;
  • Participation à l’évolution du processus Incidents ;
  • Animation des comités de pilotage avec partenaires ;
  • Mise à jour de procédures et de documentations techniques (existence de DAT, DEX, Standard IT).

De formation supérieure en informatique, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative sur des fonctions similaires.

Vous avez une ou plusieurs certifications ITIL.

Votre sens du relationnel, votre autonomie ainsi que votre rigueur sont des atouts supplémentaires pour mener à bien cette mission.
