Dans un environnement agile et en étroite collaboration avec le reste de l'équipe produit, tu interviendras sur l'ensemble de nos produits et sur de nombreux sujets afin de constamment améliorer l'expérience de nos utilisateurs.
Tes Missions:
Designer les nouvelles fonctionnalités du produit de l'idéation à la réalisation de prototype hi-fi en collaboration avec la PM et le lead dev. Maintenir et faire évoluer notre Design System Faire des recherches et tests utilisateurs, analyser les données pour améliorer la compréhension de nos utilisateurs, définir les Personas et leurs besoins. Mener l'exploration de solutions en collaboration avec les différents parties prenantes (Tech, métiers, utilisateurs, etc.) Garantir la meilleure expérience utilisateur à nos clients pour faire de d'iroko une référence dans le milieu de la fintech. Suivre le développement et l'intégration des fonctionnalités afin de garantir la qualité et la cohérence du design Assister les équipes marketing dans la créations de livrables branding ( Déclinaison réseaux sociaux, publi-communiqué, rapport trimestreil, etc) Participer à implémenter des processus design afin de toujours améliorer la collaboration avec les autres équipes.-
