Quelles sont les missions ?

En tant que Key Account Manager, vous êtes le responsable de la relation commerciale des centrales et le relais de la stratégie de développement de l'entreprise vis-à-vis de ses interlocuteurs.

Vos principales missions :

* Élaborer avec la Direction Commerciale la politique commerciale de l'entreprise et décliner un plan stratégique pour chacune des enseignes. Vous avez un rôle essentiel dans la stratégie de l'entreprise,
* Mettre en oeuvre le plan stratégique sur un portefeuille de clients grands comptes en définissant et en pilotant les plans d'action commerciaux par enseigne,
* Prendre en charge les négociations des accords commerciaux nationaux et internationaux et leur pilotage,
* Gérer les budgets et la profitabilité des clients,
* Réaliser les prévisions de vente,
* Fidéliser la relation client et développer les contacts avec les différentes enseignes,
* Travailler en bonne coordination avec le Directeur des Ventes afin d'accroître le business et démultiplier l'application des accords,
* Collaborer et piloter la relation avec les services en interne afin d'améliorer la relation client notamment avec les équipes de vente,
* Gérer les contacts avec les agences digitales des centrales d'achats clientes et gérer les budgets digitaux e-retail,
* Effectuer toutes les analyses et reporting.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Vous justifiez d'au moins 3 ans de négociation en GMS pour un Groupe de grande consommation (agro/DPH).

Capacité à travailler dans une organisation à taille humaine.

Excellentes qualités relationnelles et de négociation, diplomatie et grande adaptabilité.

Conduite du changement, capacité à faire bouger les lignes et développer la performance.

Prise d'initiative, anticipation et partage d'expérience, état d'esprit constructif et développeur.

Ténacité et capacité de résistance à la pression ; engagement et endurance.

Sens du résultat. Organisation, rigueur, capacité de conviction et de décision. Dynamisme et enthousiasme. Etat d'esprit combatif et positif.
