Quelles sont les missions ?

Vous atteindrez les objectifs suivants :

- Votre mission principale est d'acquérir de nouveaux clients à partir de la pré-qualification jusqu'à la signature du contrat tout en offrant la meilleure expérience client.
- Vous construisez et entretenez des relations avec les clients existants afin de comprendre leurs besoins et de les aider à construire leur maîtrise de la plateforme.
- Vous travaillez en mode transversal pour assurer l'onboarding de nouveaux clients et la livraison de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Vous réussirez dans ce rôle si :

- Vous avez de l'expérience dans une fonction sales pertinente en SaaS (CRM, collecte de données...),
- Vous aimez animer la relation avec vos clients sur le long-terme,
- Vos compétences commerciales font de vous un excellent négociateur et un partenaire de confiance pour vos clients,
Vous avez idéalement une bonne connaissance dans le domaine de l'ESG,
- Vous parlez couramment le français et avez un bon niveau d'anglais.

Notre client développe une suite SaaS track and trace qui donne aux organisations la capacité de construire leur stratégie RSE (CSRD, EU Deforestation Regulation, bilan carbone..) en même temps que de gérer leur chaîne de valeur. Fort de partenariats avec des cabinets de conseils et les instances européennes, cette plateforme supercharge déjà plus de 1000 clients enterprise à travers le monde.

Au sein de l'équipe de Paris et directement rattaché(e) au Country Manager et en tant qu'Account Executive, vous contribuerez à l'expansion de notre présence sur le marché français.
