Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Executive to spearhead our cybersecurity initiatives across a select group of strategic accounts. This role is pivotal in engaging with large enterprises and will involve collaboration with key stakeholders at the CIO, IT Director, and CISO levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts, driving interest and closing new business opportunities.
  • Manage complex sales cycles and collaborate with internal teams and partners to deliver optimal customer solutions.
  • Formulate a strategic account plan to execute a well-coordinated sales approach within assigned accounts.
  • Stay informed on industry developments and trends to effectively position Proofpoint's offerings.
  • Differentiate Proofpoint from competitors to convert prospects into loyal customers.
  • Work closely with Systems Engineers to provide engaging and effective product demonstrations.
  • Leverage channel partnerships to penetrate new markets.
  • Ensure operational excellence, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets within the cybersecurity or IT infrastructure sectors.
  • Ability to articulate a comprehensive range of products, solutions, and services.
  • Proven experience in building relationships at the executive level.
  • Strong business acumen to navigate the cybersecurity landscape and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with channel partners.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey Proofpoint's value proposition clearly.
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and other online tools for sales management.
  • Fluency in both French and English is essential.
