Collaboration and Team Dynamics

As a vital member of the Arista Sales team, you will represent Arista to our clients, serving as their internal advocate for the challenges they face. In this role, you will align Arista's technical resources to achieve your clients' business objectives. You will collaborate with some of the industry's most skilled Customer Engineers, Professional Services, and Executive teams to facilitate the execution of solutions on behalf of your clients. Our sales culture emphasizes team success, fostering collaboration and support among like-minded sales professionals. This position typically reports to a Regional Sales Manager or Area VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated, client-focused Enterprise Client Executive to enhance our expanding Sales organization. This role will be pivotal in executing a sales strategy aimed at pursuing significant opportunities within Arista's product portfolio of Open Networking platforms, targeting a specific list of large enterprise accounts, including both existing and potential clients.

Arista appeals to forward-thinking organizations that prioritize quality and innovation. Therefore, possessing technical expertise and a proven history of selling data center solutions is highly advantageous.

  • Surpass measurable sales targets and elevate the Arista brand within a designated list of major enterprise accounts.
  • Employ a consultative sales approach with key client stakeholders to address the business needs associated with hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems, utilizing the Arista product portfolio, which includes Software-Driven Cloud Networking solutions, EOS (Open Source Network OS), Cognitive Campus Networking, WIFI Campus networking, Cloud Vision (Network Automation & Telemetry), Monitoring Fabric solutions, as well as NDR, Endpoint, and AI-driven Network Identity Access security solutions.
  • Engage with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista's value proposition.
  • Collaborate with Arista Pre-Sales Engineers to design and propose compelling solutions that reduce total cost of ownership.
  • Partner with technology collaborators to identify prospects and showcase best-in-class solutions.
  • Establish and nurture key channel relationships within your territory.
  • Develop strategic and tactical account plans based on regular business reviews with your prospects and clients.
  • Conduct demand generation initiatives such as informative sessions, workshops, and technology forums.
  • Work alongside Arista peers on marketing strategies and best practices.
  • Stay informed about technology partner solutions, competitive offerings, and industry strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

You are an experienced Enterprise Client Executive with a successful track record of implementing sales strategies and exceeding targets within enterprise organizations in France. You possess the ability to influence and act as a trusted advisor, delivering business value to both end users and key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent, complemented by over 10 years of technology sales experience.
  • Proven success in direct selling to target accounts within the assigned territory, consistently exceeding sales objectives.
  • Relevant experience in selling data center or networking solutions (LAN/WAN, SDN) from a technology partner, competitor, channel partner, or end user is essential.
  • Strong network and relationships within the territory.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Prior sales experience and technical knowledge in areas such as Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, Hyper-converged infrastructure, or Cloud computing.
