Quelles sont les missions ?

Rattaché au Directeur des Ventes, en tant que Sales Manager, vos principales missions sont :

* Manager et animer une équipe de 13 Commerciaux - Sales Outside répartis dans les différentes agences en France,
* Élaborer et mettre en oeuvre la stratégie commerciale,
* Définir les KPIs de l'équipe et les suivre pour garantir des résultats optimaux,
* Sur le plan opérationnel : Gérer votre propre portefeuille en prospectant de nouveaux clients tout en assurant la fidélisation des clients existants,
* Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents Services en interne (Logistique, Export/Import, Finance...).

Ce poste est basé au Havre.

Quel est le profil idéal ?

Issu d'une formation commerciale, vous disposez d'une expérience en tant que Responsable Commercial/Sales Manager dans le transport maritime et vous avez déjà managé.

Vous êtes familiarisé avec les activités BCO/NVO.

Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités commerciales et relationnelles.

Vous avez le sens de l'initiative et vous êtes orienté résultats.

La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire.

Spécialiste du fret maritime, notre client gère le transport de marchandises par conteneurs depuis plus de 50 ans. Il s'occupe du chargement, du stockage et de la livraison.

Aujourd'hui, il développe l'activité porte-à-porte grâce au transport inter-modal (rails, route...).

Ses clients viennent de tous les secteurs : Agroalimentaire, automobile, textile...

L'entreprise est présente dans plus de 155 pays et emploie 500 Collaborateurs en France.
