Positions we are hiring:
Position: KAM
HC: 1
Location: France
Job responsibilities:
1.Develop and manage relationships with key accounts;
2. Identify photovoltaic project opportunities and secure them contractually on behalf of Futrus France;
3. Monitor and coordinate projects, from design to signature of lease agreements and planning permission;
4. Analyze the market and propose appropriate development strategie;
5. Performance monitoring: you keep sales performance indicators up to date, analyzing your results to adjust your strategy and identify levers for progress. Numerical control is crucial to optimizing sales, anticipating risks and ensuring project profitability;
6. Cross-departmental collaboration: you work in close coordination with internal teams (technical, marketing, finance) to ensure effective sales management and customer satisfaction;
7. Competitive intelligence: you keep abreast of trends in the energy market and the competition to adjust your sales actions and identify new opportunities;
8. Risk management: you assess the risks associated with customers' energy consumption and ensure the financial soundness of your contracts.
Job requirements:.
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Marketing, etc;
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in related industries, such as new energy and solar energy;
3. Significant experience in project management and business development skills;
4. Ability to finalize transactions;
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
6. Mastery of IT and project management tools;
7. Initiative and ability to work independently.
