Rôle - Business Developer - Centre ou Nord-Est de France :

En tant que membre clé de l'équipe de développement, Tu sera responsable de:

  • l'identification, de l'analyse et de la sécurisation de nouveaux projets solaires/hybrides BESS/AgriPV.
  • Il sera également responsable de la gestion du réseau local d'agents fonciers et de la collaboration avec les équipes de développement de projets et de SIG (Systèmes d'Information Géographique) pour développer tous les projets dans la région choisie.


Le candidat retenu devra présenter un portefeuille avéré de projets d'énergies renouvelables identifiés et sécurisés en France.


Responsabilités qui vous seront confiées :

  • Établissement, développement et suivi d'un réseau local avec les parties prenantes clés de la région : autorités locales, propriétaires fonciers, grands comptes, fournisseurs d'affaires, administrations départementales et régionales, etc.
  • Recherche de nouvelles opportunités de projets solaires et agrivoltaïques en collaboration étroite avec l'équipe SIG, y compris des études cartographiques et/ou l'analyse de bases de données.
  • Analyse des enjeux (techniques, environnementaux, etc.) et concertation locale (résidents, propriétaires fonciers, autorités locales, administrations) sur les sites identifiés.
  • Sécurisation des terrains pour les projets sélectionnés.
  • Préparation des dossiers de réponse aux appels d'offres émanant des autorités locales et des entreprises industrielles.
  • Identification et mise en œuvre de nouvelles méthodes et stratégies de prospection.


Votre expertise et vos compétences :

  • BAC+3 avec une spécialisation en énergies renouvelables, agronomie, études environnementales ou gestion de projet. Les candidats ayant une solide expérience professionnelle seront également pris en considération.
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience professionnelle dans un rôle similaire (prospection foncière, énergies renouvelables, développement commercial/ingénieur technico-commercial).
  • Motivation élevée pour travailler dans un environnement diversifié ; organisé, ouvert d'esprit, autonome et capable de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles solides avec tous types de parties prenantes, excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale.
  • Solides compétences analytiques, forte adaptabilité et efficacité.
  • Connaissance du secteur agricole et compréhension du fonctionnement des autorités locales ou administrations en France.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Permis de conduire valide requis.

Role - Business Developer - Central or North East France:

As a key member of the Development team the You will be responsible for

  • The identification, analysis, and securing of new solar/hybrid BESS/AgriPV prospects.
  • Managing the local land agent network
  • Liaising with the project development and GIS teams to develop all projects within your chosen region.


The successful candidate will have a proven portfolio of identified and secured renewable energy projects across France.


Responsibilities we will trust you with:

  • The establishment, development, and monitoring of a local network with key stakeholders in the area: local authorities, landowners, major accounts, business providers, departmental and regional administrations
  • The search for new solar and agrivoltaic project opportunities through concerted work with the GIS team involving cartographic studies and/or databases;
  • The analysis of issues (technical, environmental, etc.) and local consultation (residents, landowners, local authorities, administrations) on identified sites;
  • The securing of land for selected sites;
  • The preparation of response files for Project Tenders from local authorities and industrial companies;
  • The identification and implementation of new prospecting methods and strategies.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • Bachelors level in renewable energy, agronomy, environmental studies, or project management. We are of course open to work experienced candidates as well.
  • 3/5 years of professional experience in a similar role (land prospecting, renewable energy, business development/technical sales engineer).
  • Highly motivated to work in a multifaceted environment, you are organized, open-minded, and autonomous. You are capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with all types of stakeholders, excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Solid analytical skills, strong adaptability, and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector is a plus, as well as understanding the functioning of local authorities and/or administrations in France.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • A valid driver's license is essential.
