Backed by major automotive players and recognised as a Fast Track Company of the Year, the business is scaling rapidly and setting new standards for reliability, performance, and installer enablement in sustainable mobility.About the RoleAs a Technical Support Specialist – France, you’ll be a key point of contact for installation partners and field engineers, providing hands-on technical support before, during, and after EV charger installations.This role is installer-focused rather than customer-facing. You’ll support troubleshooting, configuration, commissioning, and issue resolution, working closely with internal engineering, product, and operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient installations across the French market.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to EV charger installers and partners, both remotely and during commissioning phasesTroubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and installation issuesSupport installers through pre-install checks, configuration, and go-liveAct as an escalation point for complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering and product teamsMonitor installer performance and recurring technical issues to drive continuous improvementMaintain and improve technical documentation, guides, and FAQs for installersSupport onboarding and enablement of new installation partnersFeed back field insights to product and engineering teams to improve reliability and installation processesWhat We’re Looking ForFluent French and English (spoken and written)2+ years’ experience in technical support, field support, or installer-facing rolesStrong understanding of electrical systems, hardware troubleshooting, or connected devicesExperience supporting partners or technicians rather than end customersComfortable diagnosing issues across hardware, software, and connectivityHighly organised, solution-oriented, and calm under pressureExperience in EV charging, energy, renewables, IoT, or cleantech is a strong advantageWork EnvironmentYou’ll be working in a collaborative, fast-paced scale-up environment, supporting installer networks across France.
