Listgrove have been retained by a plastic packaging manufacturer, with a HQ in the outskirts of Paris, who are a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of custom, value-added and sustainable plastic containers, which serve the food, beverage, household and automotive sectors.

Senior Key Account Manager – Europe

As an account manager, your primary objective will be to assist and support the key account manager, as well as other internal colleagues, in maintaining the relationships and business with a singular high profile key account.

Accounts receivable – 5%
Assist credit and collections with payment issues
Notify senior colleagues and financial controllers when aware of any issues that could cause delays in customer payment within agreed terms.

Manage SKU Codes and complete necessary forms to have customer bottle contracts created, new parts added and pricing updates when necessary.
Maintain a visible and systematic model for managing the key accounts information in the public drive to improve accessibility.
Consolidation of monthly data – energy, resin and freight.

Meet with key customer contacts and Account Manager when necessary.
Schedule calls with KAM for periodic updates on account.
Sales planning, supply chain management and logistics – 25%
Work with KAM to review budget established by S&OP team to ensure data integrity.
Coordinate with customer, plants, engineering, KAM to complete the necessary material master data forms to establish new items in SAP.
Manage SAP material numbers (material master and contract).
Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken
Has a thirst for knowledge who enjoys consolidating information, fact finding and has a good understanding of numbers, figures and data.
