Job Title: Commercial Key Account Manager

Talents Commerciaux, a specialized recruitment agency in Commerce and Marketing, is seeking a Commercial Key Account Manager for one of its clients, a leading hygiene products company based in Île-de-France.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key clients
  • Prospect new clients (GMS, B2B, GSS)
  • Optimize sales and commercial agreements (assortments, promotions) on existing accounts
  • Develop and negotiate product references
  • Ensure budgetary follow-up of GMS clients in accordance with the plan and commercial policy
  • Co-manage 2 commercial assistants
  • Collaborate closely with various company services and maintain high-quality relationships
Requirements:
  • Academic commercial background (Bac +2 to Bac +5)
  • At least 5 years of experience in key commercial development functions
  • Proven ability to negotiate with national purchasing centers (GMS)
  • Ability to manage a sales volume of around 5-7 million euros
  • Strong negotiation, relational, adaptability, and professionalism skills
  • Solar personality with a positive attitude and sensitivity to the environment
