The Special Care Team member will be responsible mainly for dedicated accounts in Europe. This is a support function, to improve our spare parts efficiency.
**General Job Summary**
Dedicated White Glove service provided to customer with R&D tool or tool with service contract >500K per year/annum. Responsible to monitor ZKB dispatches and proactively manage and communicate status of part delivery from beginning to end. Also responsible for managing SHU (Super High Urgent) Sales Order. Works with internal organizations to resolve customer request, including, but not limited to: FSO mgr./executives, CSR, Logistics, Order Fulfilment, Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Customer Engineers, Planning, Purchasing, BU, MFG
**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactive communication to FSO/Customers on High Value Tools, R&D Tools & SHU orders
- Follow up with OCE and coordination of critical orders
- Prioritize/Expedite/Communicate SHU order status
- Proactively address potential escalations
- Manage customer/FSO relationship
- Escalation management
- Proactive Order review
- KPI Reporting
- Driving and Supporting CIP
**Your profile**
- Bachelor or Master degree with minimum 5 years working experience in customer service
- Knowledge of supply chain/order management/ escalation processes
- Priorization and time management abilities
- Excellent Customer Service attributes
- Ability to work cross-functionally within internal areas such as Engineering, Order Fulfillment, Purchasing, Logistics, FSO
- Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis
- Ability to meet and exceed targets
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- SAP/CRM experience is a plus
- Strong communication skill - written and spoken (Ability to Use Positive Language)
- Strong spoken and written English
- Additional language skill - for multi-region support
**TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES**
- Knowledge of computer and Microsoft office product
- Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivots, VLOOKUP’s, Charts etc.)
