Notre équipe RM & Pricing est composée d'experts du Revenue Management.
Description du poste
- Vous définissez, pilotez et êtes responsable de la stratégie de Revenue Management des hôtels.
- Vous fournissez des consignes de ventes aux autres départements de l'hôtel.
- Vous analysez et challengez vos résultats.
- Vous identifiez et proposez de nouvelles opportunités de revenus.
- Vous co-construisez le budget hébergement.
- Vous interagissez très régulièrement avec le directeur et les différents services de l’hôtel.
- Vous relevez les défis dans la joie et la bonne humeur.
**Qualifications**:
- Une forte expertise des techniques du métier de Revenue Management ainsi que d’un outil de Revenue Management System, idéalement IDeaS.
- Une solide expérience des segments de clientèle B2C et B2B ainsi que de leurs canaux de distribution.
- Une capacité à mettre en place une stratégie de Total Revenue Management.
- Un fort leadership et une excellente communication.
- Un minimum de 4 ans d’expériences en revenue management.
