Job Description

As a key member of the Accor team, the Director of Revenue Management will play a pivotal role in driving hotel profit optimization and revenue growth. This dynamic leader will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for incremental profit and develop strategies to maximize revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic planning and collaborate with profit generation teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Communicate a compelling revenue management vision to property leaders and foster a revenue culture within revenue-generating departments.
  • Leverage revenue management analytics, technologies, and processes to optimize hotel profits.
  • Develop short- and long-term forecasts to inform pricing and yielding decisions.
  • Participate in the annual budget process and produce long-term projections.
  • Actively participate in ownership conversations and presentations.
  • Monitor economic, market, and competitive indicators to inform profit generation strategies.
  • Prepare materials for weekly revenue management meetings, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Maximize room revenue contribution through inventory and rate management.
  • Optimize pricing, promotions, and availability strategies to target profitable customer segments.
  • Direct and manage channel distribution strategies, evaluating new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute, measure, and improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Manage performance reviews with OTA/CTO partners, ensuring optimal display of the hotel.
  • Oversee content management in electronic channels, liaising with the Marketing team to ensure regular updates.
  • Maintain relationships with local market competitors to stay informed of trends and news.
  • Motivate, lead, coach, and manage team members to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
Qualifications
  • Strong experience in overseeing multi-hotel complexes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Dynamic can-do attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Presents a professional and polished appearance.
  • Effectively deals with guests and other team members.
  • Previous reservation experience highly preferred.
  • Experience with Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering preferred.
  • Possesses the trait of being organized and multi-tasking.
  • Ability to complete work within given deadlines.
  • Maintains confidentiality of proprietary information and protects company assets.
Physical Demands
  • This position requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous. Occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of Revenue Management experience.
