Revenue Executive Job Description

At Pullman Singapore Orchard, we're redefining hospitality with seamless, fun, cool, and smart interactions. As a Revenue Executive, you'll play a crucial role in maximizing revenue and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Director of Revenue to develop and implement revenue management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Work closely with operations and marketing teams to establish revenue-generating strategies.
  • Analyze daily and monthly reports to optimize hotel performance, including average rates, occupancy rates, and RevPAR.
  • Conduct market research to gather competitive intelligence and inform business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to increase ancillary revenue and implement effective strategies.
  • Monitor room inventory and develop plans to improve paid occupancy and ARR.
  • Ensure accurate and dynamic forecasting for future dates, based on RM system recommendations and daily data monitoring.
  • Make tactical decisions to optimize hotel turnover, including pricing, inventory management, group quotations, and distribution channels.
  • Implement recommendations in reservation and reception systems and update PMS, TARS, and RMS accordingly.
  • Manage online travel agencies (OTAs) and maintain parity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, and Front Office teams to achieve hotel objectives.
  • Foster a revenue management culture within the hotel through regular coaching, training, and yield management sessions.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, or related field.
  • Experience in revenue management, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 year (internship or job) completed by reception/reservation experience.
  • Proficiency in hotel systems, including PMS and TARS.
