Key Responsibilities- Lead strategic planning and collaborate with hotel profit generation teams to identify opportunities for incremental revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimize hotel profits, including pricing, promotions, and availability management.
- Monitor economic, market, and competitive set indicators to inform profit generation strategies and drive business results.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute, measure, and evaluate digital marketing efforts to support hotel strategic marketing plans.
- Manage relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and other distribution partners to ensure optimal display of the hotel and maximize revenue.
- Oversee content management in all electronic channels and ensure regular updates of hotel information, including images and descriptions.
- Maintain relationships with local market competitors to stay informed of trends and news.
- Lead, coach, and manage team members to achieve exceptional guest service and employee satisfaction results.
- Strong experience in overseeing multi-hotel complexes and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with a dynamic and can-do attitude.
- Previous reservation experience and experience with revenue management systems, such as Ideas G3 RMS, Opera PMS, Passkey, Delphi, or Opera Sales and Catering, are highly preferred.
- Ability to complete work within given deadlines and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
- This position requires the ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous, with occasional standing, walking, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics, with a minimum of 2 years of revenue management experience.
