Le pôle Revenue Opérations met de **l'huile dans les rouages des équipes internes pour maximiser leur performance** par des leviers d'automatisation, de process, d'analyse et de formation. Ce travail en coulisses a un rôle clé pour accompagner la forte croissance de Planity en France et en Europe.

Nous recherchons un(e) Revenue Ops Manager pour aider les équipes à être plus productives. L'objectif ? Mettre de l'**excellence opérationnelle dans le quotidien des équipes pour les aider à se concentrer sur leur cœur de métier.** Si vous êtes friand(e) de projets et que vous aimez travailler de manière transverse avec différentes équipes métiers, ce job est fait pour vous
- **Tes missions**:
Rattaché(e) au VP Operations, tu seras un partenaire business clé des équipes Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Data et RH. Au quotidien, **tu piloteras les projets de A à Z**. Pour les projets d’automatisation, tu travailleras en **binôme avec des développeurs “Tech Opérations”, directement rattachés à notre équipe**.

Avec un périmètre pays France, Allemagne et Belgique, vos missions seront:
**Gestion de projets de A à Z**:

- Recueillir et s'approprier les enjeux business des équipes internes pour collaborer à des nouvelles solutions plus qualitatives et performantes
- Construire, délivrer et partager les résultats de sa roadmap main dans la main avec les équipes métiers

**Optimisation des processus** : Renforcer, homogénéiser et scaler les processus pour améliorer la qualité de notre performance business

**Amélioration des outils** : Renforcer et optimiser l'usage et la qualité des outils internes (eg : CRM, App commerciale développée en interne)

**Formation et communication** : Aider à la formation des équipes sur les nouveaux processus et outils (ex : documentation) et favoriser leur adoption (gestion du changement)

**Business Intelligence et Reporting**:

- Mise en place et mise à jour de tableaux de bord pour aider les équipes dans leur prise de décision
- Analyses stratégiques sur le marché de la Beauté
- **Profil recherché**
- Entre 2 ans et 4 ans d'expériences en Business Operations, en Conseil, en Product Management ou dans un rôle opérationnel lié à la performance commerciale (idéalement dans un environnement SaaS)
- Communiquant(e) excellent(e) et humble qui crée du relationnel et fédère les équipes autour de projets
- Organisé(e), avec une capacité à piloter plusieurs projets avec rigueur
- Très autonome, avec une volonté de résoudre les problèmes avec un esprit analytique
- Intéressé(e) par l'innovation et l'efficacité des processus
- Maîtrise d'un outil de CRM et appétence pour Excel / Google sheets
- Bilingue Français / Anglais. Maitrise de l’Allemand en nice to have
