**In this role you will...**

We are a seed-stage company with a focused product and engineering team looking to hire our first salespeople. We’re backed by external investors, giving us runway, however next year we are looking to move into a Series A funding to be able to achieve our biggest dream: bringing Specify to the broader public. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven As a Junior Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Specify. As a Junior Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business by effectively selling our software solutions to a diverse range of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales professional with a background in software sales and experience in SaaS B2B. Any affinity with Design systems or tools like Figma and/or Github is a plus.

**Your mission**
- Qualify, and nurture inbound leads, so as to build, manage and close a healthy sales pipeline
- Sell Specify with a consultative approach to demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects
- Perform all aspects of the sales function from initial outreach to close quickly
- To demo the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on needs in a client-facing environment
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to ensure our products remain competitive and relevant.
- Working together with our CCO to consistently Achieve and exceed sales targets, consistently contributing to the company's revenue growth.
- Participate in team building and company events
- Collaborate closely with the product development and marketing teams to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvement.

**Requirements**:

- You have a high professional working proficiency in English
- 2 years of experience in SaaS B2B sales
- Start-up / Scale up experience
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasive skills;
- Loves to compete and win
- Assertive, passionate, and takes consultative approach with internal and external stakeholders
- Any affinity with Design systems or tools like Figma and/or Github is a plus.
