**Votre rôle**
Vos missions:

- Diriger et exécuter la stratégie de développement et de pénétration des comptes pour les clients assignés en France et en Europe.

Vous entretenez des relations avec les clients qui permettent de comprendre et de créer un environnement dans lequel notre entreprise dispose d'un avantage concurrentiel en maintenant des relations solides du début à la fin.
- Travailler avec le personnel de l'ingénierie et de l'innovation pour identifier et répondre aux besoins des clients internes et externes, y compris les projets nouvellement vendus et les opportunités en cours.
- Soutenir le développement et la modification de nouveaux produits grâce à l'ingénierie et au soutien technique pour les fonctions de conception, de processus et de validation ; encourager les demandes de brevet.
- Défendre l'offre (analyse de calcul, ventilation des coûts, prix final) et gérer la planification du projet.
- Collaborer avec le responsable des grands comptes pour soutenir la planification stratégique, y compris une étude de marché complète et une analyse de la concurrence afin de comprendre le créneau du marché, le développement de produits et les opportunités de pénétration.

**Ce poste est fait pour vous si**
Issu(e) d'une école d'ingénieur (ou équivalent), le secteur automotive n'a pas de secrets pour vous. Provenant de l'industrie (générale, automobile, aéronautique), vous possédez l'appétence technique nécessaire au poste. Votre affinité pour la communication et votre intelligence relationnelle vous permettent d'interagir avec tous types d'interlocuteurs et d'être force de proposition pour développer le marché.

Votre tempérament pour le développement vous caractérise. Mode projet activé : vous êtes ambitieux(se) et aimez travailler en équipe, même à distance. # Anglais courant. # Idéalement à proximité de Besançon sinon, en capacité de venir une fois par mois à l'usine.
