**Team**
You will be part of the Revenue Strategy team focused on tracking our Revenue working directly with our Revenue Operations team in charge notably of Salesforce. Your main stakeholders include Sales Development Representatives, Account Executives, Account Managers and Customer Success Managers. You will have a global role with a stronger focus on EMEA and JAPAC.
**Missions**
I. Performance Management
- Define Guidelines: Establish guidelines for end-to-end pipeline management to optimize revenue generation.
- Pipeline tracking: Track evolution of pipeline and ensure that data is regularly updated.
- Dashboarding: Build, adjust and maintain dashboards allowing to track revenue.
II. Program Coordination
- Account Prioritization: Define priority actions on key accounts to maximize revenue potential Action Collaboration: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of revenue-related activities.
- Friction Removal: Identify and eliminate friction points in the revenue execution process through proactive monitoring and effective communication.
III. Proficiency
- Development Sales Coaching: Coach Sales teams on Sales Knowledge, processes and best practices.
- Training Content: Develop and share Sales Training Content to improve Sales Skills across the organization.
- Promote tool adoption through comprehensive documentation and training programs.
**Skills**
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in data analysis to make informed recommendations for revenue optimization.
- Revenue Strategy Expertise: proven experience in revenue strategy and management and tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Project Management: project management abilities to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, French is a plus.
