**Description du poste**
Vous aurez en charge:
- Le **contrôle qualité de la documentation ** de l’AMOA,
- Le contrôle du respect de l’utilisation des éléments de codification établis,
- La garantie de **l’unicité des documents**,
- L'adéquation entre les documents, les livrables nécessaires aux parties prenantes selon les phases, les listings de livrables fournis par les ingénieries MOE,
- **Enregistrer, contrôler, modifier, centraliser ** l’ensemble des documents (études, fiche technique, plans, rapports,),
- La transmission des informations et documents aux interlocuteurs du projet,
- La gestion des différents projets à leurs termes jusqu’au transfert des documents finaux,
- La participation à l'évolution du plan documentaire
- ** Reporting** : le suivi de l’ensemble des documents entrants / sortants, le suivi des retours de validation et alerter la direction de projet de tout retard, la remontée des statistiques par portefeuille de projet,
**Profil recherché**Issu(e) d’une formation en ingénierie:
- Vous êtes passionné(e) par le domaine de** l’Industrie, le ferroviaire, l’Oil & Gaz, **et les projets de grandes envergures pour intervenir sur la gestion de la documentation technique.
- Vous justifiez au moins de trois ans d’expérience dans ce domaine d’activité.
