- **Émerainville (77)**.Le poste que nous vous proposons s’articule autour des principales missions suivantes:
**GESTION DE LA DOCUMENTATION**:
- garantir la réception, la mise à disposition et la diffusion de la documentation relative aux projets ;
- interlocuteur avec les correspondants documents control client et sous-traitants ;
- vérifier la conformité des documents par rapport aux spécifications projet
- garantir la traçabilité de la documentation ;
- faire des états d’avancement de la documentation ;
- support technique aux utilisateurs.
**DOCUMENTATION DE FIN D'OUVRAGE ET DE FIN D'AFFAIRE**:
- garantir la compilation des enregistrements relatifs à la conformité de l’ouvrage par rapport aux spécifications contractuelles et règlementaires ;
- compiler de dossier en accord avec les spécifications client (Informatique et papier) ;
- archiver la documentation informatique et papier.
**Profil**:
- De formation niveau Bac+5 dans le domaine de la qualité, vous avez une expérience significative dans une activité de type projet ou construction et êtes idéalement déjà intervenu/e sur chantier.
- Vous êtes rigoureux/se, méthodique, diplomate, avez un excellent relationnel, de bonnes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse et de rédaction, ainsi qu'un niveau d'anglais opérationnel.
