- As HR Operations Manager (M/F/x), you will play a key role in supporting the employees of our French entity for all HR operations: you will ensure legal compliance on payroll and employment documentation and you will define and implement benefits policies and procedures.
You will report into the HR Business Partner Senior and work closely with the HR teams in Paris and Hamburg.
Payroll
- Manage payroll: prepare the variable elements of payroll (time off, commissions, lunch vouchers, public transport subscription, etc.) and liaise with our payroll providers for our French and our Belgian entities to achieve accurate and reliable monthly payslips.
- Manage advanced payments and salary deduction with finance and / or payroll when there are requests.

HR Operations
- Define and implement HR operations processes and tools.
- Prepare all regulatory documents related to personnel management: employment contracts, amendments, work certificates etc.
- Monitor and manage all HR operations: trial period, absences, end of contract, working time, medical visits, return from sick leave. Update individual employee files in the different systems.
- Administrate HR-related internal tools (HRIS, absences, engagement, desk booking, etc.) and train employees and managers on them.
- Follow up the apprenticeship contracts (onboarding, off boarding, change of compensation, etc.).
- Create and maintain communication material to ensure compliance with labor law, collective labour agreement and the company's agreements and regulations.

- Be the go-to person for all the benefit-related questions from employees.
- Contribute to continuously improve the HR processes and tools, and participate in other HR projects when/if needed.

This role is all the even more key this year for Visable as we have 50 recruitments planned for 2024.
