Au sein de la direction Product Marketing, vous occupez le poste de Product Manager sur un domaine fonctionnel de notre solution « Open » et dépendez directement du CPO,

Vos missions principales
- Définir la vision/stratégie produit et les roadmaps associées (éditeur & client) de votre domaine fonctionnel en accord avec le CPO,
- Assurer la veille règlementaire et marché sur votre domaine fonctionnel,
- Identifier et recueillir les besoins clients sur votre domaine fonctionnel,
- Assurer l’interlocution client, les ateliers fonctionnels nécessaires et le suivi de la roadmap de votre domaine,
- Veiller à la cohérence entre les besoins exprimés et la vision produit de votre domaine fonctionnel,
- Préparer des documents de présentation marketing sur l’offre (support de communication, démonstration ),
- Préparer des dossiers d’arbitrage sur des préconisations choix/solutions auprès du CPO,
- Contribuer au suivi de la réalisation de la roadmap en liaison avec le team leader et Feature teams de l’usine logicielle de votre domaine fonctionnel,
- S’assurer que les livraisons et innovations livrées sont conformes à l’attendu tant en termes de couverture fonctionnelle que de productivité,
- Identifier et collecter les besoins techniques (obsolescence) et fonctionnel en liaison avec les remontées des Feature teams,
- Définir et suivre les OKR de votre domaine fonctionnel.

Les compétences métiers et techniques
- **Savoir ou connaissances techniques**:

- Bonne connaissance du marché de votre domaine fonctionnel,
- Maîtrise de la gestion de la prévoyance, règles de gestions, indemnisations, sinistres
- Architecture fonctionnelle du SI (domaine métier et conception des cartographies)
- Architecture technique du SI
- UX/UI Design
- Maîtrise des logiciels de design
- Bonne connaissance du delivery et de l’amélioration continue
- Parfaite connaissance des méthodes agiles
- Excellente maîtrise de la relation client,
- Maîtrise des techniques de communication,
- Expérience en ESN souhaitable,
- La maîtrise de l’anglais est fortement appréciée,

Conditions de travail
- **Travail sur site de Chartres et/ou Paris et télétravail ;**

**Déplacements à prévoir sur les différents sites,**
- **Niveau de diplôme requis : Diplômé d’une école d'ingénieurs (MINES ParisTech, ENSI, INSA, ENSAE, EPITECH) ou titulaire d’un Master universitaire (Bac+5) en informatique ou stratégie digitales.
- **Expériences/connaissances requises**:

- Expérience opérationnelle d’au moins 4 ans en tant que Product Owner, Product Designer ou poste similaire.
- Connaissance de l’assurance de personnes.
- Maitrise de l’anglais technique.
- Connaissance des méthodes de gestion de projet : Scrum / Cycle en V
