Compensation & Benefits Associate (X/f/m)

Doctolib is looking for a new talent to accompany Doctolib's growth. You will join the Compensation & Benefits team (3 persons) led by the C&B Senior Manager, within the _People Strategy_ department.
**What you'll do**:
You will be involved on a wide range of C&B topics (compensation, benefits, shareholding) on a global scope (France, Germany, Italy).
As a Compensation & Benefits Partner (x/f/m), your responsibilities will cover:
**Compensation**:
- Contribute to salary review monitoring
- Draft and update salary bands
- Advise other People teams on compensation topics (Talent Acquisition, HR Advisory, People Strategy)
- Review and update our bonus schemes
- Participate to salary surveys, identify relevant benchmarks and new sources of data
- Ensure our compensation philosophy fits our needs
**Benefits**:
- Ensure our benefits offer is on par with our ambition
- Monitor Health and disability plans (France, Germany & Italy)
- Set up KPI to ensure efficiency of our benefits
**Employee shareholding plan**:
- In partnership with the Corporate Legal team, administer shareholding plans
- Manage new granting rounds
- Propose evolutions for our model
**Other projects**:
- Implement job leveling and participate to its maintenance
- Build and Individual Social Report (ISR)
- Propose tools adjustments and process changes in order to accompany Doctolib's growth
- Upgrade our communication around Compensation & Benefits
