Assistant Administration des Ventes H/F (CDI)
Notre service client constitué d’une vingtaine de personnes travaillant pour les différentes gammes de produits du groupe ouvre 1 poste d’ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATION DES VENTES (H/F) EN CDI
MISSION
Au sein du service clients Protective Packaging (5 personnes), vous êtes l’interlocuteur privilégié de nos clients situés en France. Vous gérez les commandes de consommables, systèmes, pièces détachées (stocks, livraisons, devis, réclamations), gérez les contrats de mise à disposition, maintenance, en mettant tout en œuvre pour assurer le meilleur service dans les délais requis jusqu’à la livraison.
**Vous aurez ainsi à**:
- Assurer le traitement sur SAP et le suivi des commandes clients, depuis l’expression du besoin jusqu’à la livraison en relançant si besoin les clients de manière proactive.
- Fournir les renseignements techniques courants à nos clients (délais, statut de leur commande).
- Promouvoir l’utilisation de notre plateforme digitale MySEE
- Mettre à jour les bases de données (création et modification des comptes clients,dématérialisation des documents )
- Traiter les retours et réclamations clients.
- Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les commerciaux, techniciens, la logistique, la production.
**Votre Profil**:
- De niveau Bac, Bac + 2 commercial ou technique ou expérience équivalente, vous avez une bonne pratique de l’anglais écrit et oral (B1 minimum)
- Outre une sensibilité technique, vous êtes doté(e) d’un grand sens du service client, êtes autonome, rigoureux(se) dans les tâches administratives et faites preuve d’esprit d’analyse et de décision,
- Vous avez de réelles capacités de négociation et savez résister au stress,
- Très à l’aise avec l’informatique, vous avez développé une utilisation régulière des outils d’ Office 365 ; La connaissance de SAP est appréciée
- Reconnu(e) pour votre esprit d’équipe, vous êtes intéressé(e) par le travail en équipe multifonctionnelle.
