Retail Account Manager

**Your mission**:
Epson has an exciting opportunity to join us as an Amazon Retail Account Manger, your main objective will be to develop Epson online sales through the management of the Amazon account and the Epson store.
This assignment requires experience in business development and negotiations with Amazon.
This role is based out our office in Levallois with the occasional travel (IDF & National).
**What will you do**:
- Develop sales of products marketed by the retail team on the Amazon site: printers, multifunctions and scanners as well as the entire consumable offer
- Develop the relationship with our Amazon referent and carry out the development and implementation of the commercial animation plan for the Amazon site
- Develop and deploy the Amazon etail strategy: ergonomics of the site, customer journey, recommendations and product presentation, visual merchandising, segmentation of the offer
- Negotiate product listing, order taking, prices for special operations
- Lead the management of the product catalog and the launch of new promotional or product campaigns: respect of the schedule, creation and development of product content
- Optimize the search engine and define the keyword ranking strategy
- Maintain up-to-date reporting on commercial activity on Amazon: competition analysis, assortment analysis, product performance, consumer comments, keyword KPIs
- As part of the management of your other retail accounts:
- Regularly visit central purchasing and major points of sale throughout the France to meet sellers, provide them with training and validate the actions relayed by Epson merchandisers
- Analyze prices and volumes. Propose corrective actions based on the results of competitive analysis
- Negotiate the conditions of the annual contract with your distributor (volumes, prices, discounts, payment deadlines, etc.)
- Monitor the completion of sales and product availability
**What we are looking for**:
- Consumer Account management background is preferable within retail
- Record of success within retail (Amazon) accounts
- Fluent English is essential to interact with European Amazon buyers.
- Able to develop relationships with very good oral and written communication.
- Innovative and Proactive (hands-on) approach
- Analytical
