Ton rôle ?
Assurer aux clients une excellente expérience avec Moodwork. Accompagné de ton équipe CSM, tu seras sur tous les fronts pour assurer la fidélisation des clients.
En plus du pôle CSM, tu collaboreras étroitement avec le pôle Commercial pour l’accompagnement de nos clients et les pôles Produit et Recherche pour participer à l’amélioration du produit Moodwork.
Les missions
Membre à part entière de la team Customer Success, tu seras le garant de l’expérience client en assurant les missions suivantes:
On compte sur toi pour aider à l’amélioration de nos process internes. Documenter tes missions et tes tâches au quotidien, participer à la remontée des besoins vers les pôles recherches et produit, autant de missions diverses et variées sur lesquelles tu pourras prendre des initiatives
Profil recherché
- Tu as déjà une première expérience professionnelle sur un poste de Customer Success ou Commercial, idéalement dans le domaine RH.
- À l’aise avec la culture digitale,
- Autonome, rigoureux, avec une forte dimension relationnelle,
- Grande capacité à trouver des solutions, accompagner et mettre le client au centre de tes préoccupations.
- Tu recherches une alternance dans le cadre de ton Master

Déroulement des entretiens
Si ton profil correspond, tu auras l’occasion d’échanger au téléphone avec une CSM.
Au programme : ton parcours, tes motivations et tes aspirations.
Tu rencontreras ensuite l'équipe CSM pour débriefer et échanger autour des missions qui te seront confiées. Ce sera l’occasion de mieux connaître les missions et de pouvoir te projeter grâce à une étude de cas.
Dernière ligne droite : rencontre avec Léopold Denis, cofondateur de Moodwork.
