**We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Rungis, France.**

This role focuses on cultivating strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and contributing to the strategic development of fresh fruit product lines. It plays a vital role in the company's success by collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders, including product managers and the sales team, to ensure efficient operations and achieve organizational objectives.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and driving sales.
- Proactively manage accounts, monitoring performance, identifying risks, and recommending solutions.
- Research and develop new customer opportunities to expand the business.
- Process and manage customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product teams to develop and implement product campaigns.
- Monitor stock levels, anticipate supply/demand fluctuations, and ensure product availability.
- Generate reports and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and enter data into the company system.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and build positive relationships.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a commercial role within the food product industry is essential.
- Prior experience selling fruit or vegetables, particularly mangos would be advantegous.
- Native French language skills and fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) would be benefical.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confidence leading conversations with large national retailers.
- Efficiency and a sense of urgency to achieve sales goals.
