We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Zebra Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for strategically expanding our customer base, managing key accounts, and driving sales growth for our cutting-edge machine vision products.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.
  • Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.
  • Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
  • Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of selling machine vision and fixed industrial scanning products.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, with a focus on machine vision in T&L and retail verticals.
  • In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications.
  • Proficient knowledge of English and French languages.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.
  • Availability for travel as required.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience; Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, and/or Software Engineering degree preferred.
  • Ability to travel within and out of the country (50%).
