We are seeking an experienced and accomplished Senior Sales Account Manager to join our team at Zebra Technologies. Responsibilities:- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, understanding their evolving business needs, and providing strategic solutions using our machine vision products.
- Develop and execute sophisticated sales strategies tailored to high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with broader company goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles, utilizing your experience to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Develop comprehensive account plans for key clients, outlining long-term objectives and strategies for sustained growth.
- Maintain a leadership position in understanding industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the machine vision sector.
- Leverage your market insights to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Serve as the primary executive-level point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded.
- Collaborate closely with technical support and customer service teams to enhance overall customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of selling machine vision and fixed industrial scanning products.
- Proven track record of successful sales, with a focus on machine vision in T&L and retail verticals.
- In-depth understanding of machine vision technologies and their applications.
- Proficient knowledge of English and French languages.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- Consistent achievement of sales targets and quotas.
- Availability for travel as required.
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience; Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Systems, and/or Software Engineering degree preferred.
- Ability to travel within and out of the country (50%).
- 25 days annual leave.
