- The Administrative Coordinator will be the primary office assistant for the project managers in our Business Development team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Assist Product Development Specialists with administrative tasks for all assigned customer projects and programs from project conception through sampling and product cost validation
- Organize and document all packaging sample information, which includes; recording specifications; labeling samples; and maintain sample archives
- Prepare FedEx and courier shipments to send samples to local and international customers and suppliers; distribute tracking information to appropriate contacts and monitor shipments
- Support with daily communication with suppliers and internal teams as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements, offsite meeting locations, customer meeting preparation/developing Power Point presentations
- Support manager as needed.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Associate degree or higher degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in administrative position, preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must speak, read, and write fluently English; fluency in French or other languages are highly desired
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask/prioritize based on urgency
- Knowledge of the metric system, multi-currency transactions, time zones, and geography
