Vous serez basé(e) au siège d'Hutchinson et vous reporterez au département Stratégie Groupe ainsi qu’au Directeur Activité Management des Fluides. Vous jouez un rôle clé dans le développement commercial dans le domaine du développement commercial de la gestion thermique (refroidissement batterie, refroidissement moteur, habitacle, etc.) pour les véhicules de tourisme et commerciaux.

Par conséquent, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Développer le marché global avec un accent particulier sur l'Europe,
- Analyser le marché et détecter les innovations / les opportunités commerciales avec les clients (OEM, fournisseurs de niveau 1, fabricants de packs et de cellules, etc,),
- Construire une relation forte avec les clients / R&D / Innovation / Programme pour générer des PoC, RFI et RFQ,
- Créer des partenariats avec les clients et autres tiers,
- Soutenir les activités commerciales des ventes, de l'équipe de programme et du marketing.

**Votre profil**

Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une école de commerce ou d'une école d'ingénieur.

Vous avez au minimum 7 ans d'expérience professionnelle chez des équipementiers automobiles et / ou des fournisseurs de systèmes. L'expérience en OEM et T1 peut être un "plus".

Vous possédez une expérience technique et/ou de gestion de programme.

Votre connaissance du système de gestion thermique des véhicules (y compris la climatisation, la batterie, etc.), des besoins des équipementiers et de la chaîne de valeur des fournisseurs est essentiel. Un acquis dans dans la gestion thermique des batteries est un plus.

Vous maîtrisez parfaitement l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral (niveau C1 au minimum).

Votre communication, votre relationnel, votre sens de l'organisation mais aussi votre bon sens et votre pragmatisme vous permettront de mener à bien vos missions et de réussir dans ce poste.

You will report to the Group Strategy and Fluid Management System Departments of Hutchinson. You role is key in the Business development of the field of Thermal Management (Battery Cooling, Engine Cooling, Cabin, etc.) for passengers & commercial vehicles.

Therefore, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

- Lead the global business development with a primary focus on Europe,
- Market intelligence & detection of innovation / business opportunities with clients (OEM, Tier 1 suppliers, Pack makers and cell manufacturer, etc.),
- Build strong relationship with clients / R&D / Innovation / Program Teams to generate PoC, RFI and RFQ,
- Establish partnerships with clients & other third parties,
- Support business Activity Sales, Program Team and Marketing

**Your profile**

Graduated from a Business School or an Engineering School.

You have 7 to 15 years’ experience with Automotive OEMs and / or System Supplier. Both OEM & T1 experience can be a “plus”.

You possess a Technical and/or program management experience.

Knowledgeable of vehicle thermal management system (including A/C, Battery, etc.), OEM needs and supplier value chain; specific Battery Thermal Management knowledge is a plus.

You are fully fluent in English both in writing and speaking (C1 level at least).

Your communication, your interpersonal, your organisational skills but also your common sense and your pragmatism will enable you to carry out your missions successfully and to succeed in this position.
