Job Description

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships and Development, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for the following tasks, among others

- International prospecting

- Partner management

 Active market intelligence on the French and international markets, with a particular focus on our gender-related themes and current societal issues, in order to identify new prospects;

 Active prospecting, through the development of relevant sales and prospecting tools;

 Making contact and arranging meetings with identified prospects

 Maintain relationships with partners under renewal;

 Maintain database of prospects and partners;

 Organization of and participation in prospecting meetings;

 Establish weekly calls with partners for follow-up information and involvement.

 Drafting notes after meetings and regular follow-up;

 Monitor negotiations with potential and renewing partners

 Identify key contacts and events

 Draft partnership contracts for prospects and renewals, and make any necessary adjustments.

 Ensure that all required parties sign the partnership contracts.

 Monitor invoicing, reminders and outstanding payments in conjunction with the Finance and Administration Manager.

 Managing the relationship with the partner throughout the year: participation in various events and opportunities related to the program and communication.

It is also important for the Business Development Manager to have a certain interest in gender and international relations issues, and to be motivated to raise awareness of these issues among other contacts.

Partnerships and Development Director;

  All Women's Forum teams (including program, communications and finance)

EXTERNAL RELATIONS

All prospects identified;

CEO or high-level representatives of potential Women's Forum partners.

Existing Women's Forum partners

KNOWLEDGE AND INTERESTS

Business development strategy;

Knowledge of current economic and social issues;

 Public relations

Topics related to women's leadership.

Qualifications

 Oral fluency;

 Thoroughness and reliability;

 Adaptability;

 Initiative and dynamism: we expect you to be proactive and autonomous, enabling the organization to achieve its sales objectives.

 Team spirit.

LANGUAGES

 French: Perfect command required (written and spoken);

 English: Very good command required (written and spoken).
