Dans le cadre de l’expansion d’activité de notre client, acteur majeur de la Health Tech, nous recherchons un(e) **Customer Success** BtoB et BtoC.
Au sein de l'équipe **Community Experience (customer support)**, vous veillerez au bon fonctionnement du quotidien opérationnel afin de garantir la meilleure expérience possible aux patients (BtoC) et aux médecins (BtoB)
**Vos missions**:
- Traiter les demandes des patients et des médecins sur différents canaux de communication (tickets, chats, appels téléphoniques etc.),
- Mener des projets court-moyen terme visant à améliorer le quotidien de l'équipe et des utilisateurs,
- Travailler en équipe pour améliorer les processus mis en place et assurer l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels chaque trimestre.
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes fluent en **anglais **et en **français**,
- Vous vous sentez à l'aise avec les outils digitaux,
- Vous êtes un problem-solver dans l’âme, vous aimez réfléchir à des solutions intelligentes pour régler des problèmes récurrents,
- Un bon niveau d'orthographe est requis.
**Votre environnement de travail**:
- Contrat CDI temps plein,
- 36h30 par semaine répartis du lundi au dimanche de 7h à 22h, avec RTT,
- Possibilité de télétravail entre 1 jour et 4 jours par semaine,
- Autres avantages : Mutuelle et prévoyance, titres restaurants 10€/jour, titre de transport pris en charge à 50%, équipement matériel pour le télétravail,
