**The job**:
The position of CSM is crucial to Veesion's success: you will be the key to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. You will handle onboarding, formation, and customer satisfaction for the **Spanish market.**
The objective? Maximize customer satisfaction to build customer loyalty, so you'll have to anticipate the friction points they might have by taking into account the customer's use of the product.
Your role at Veesion will be to:
- Identify and respond to customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Analyze customer dashboard.
- Help with the organization and distribution of the team's tasks
- Create customer documents (instructional sheets, documents and internal processes)
- You speak **spanish** and **english** (B2)

**Interview Process**:

- An interview with one of our CSM managers, to tell you more about the position and ask you more technical questions
- A final interview with our Team Manager, in our offices for the ultimate fit.
