Job Summary
Manages all aspects of sales activities for a sales force covering a large territory or market.
Job Requirements
Designing and recommending sales and marketing programs and setting long
- and short-term sales strategies for an assigned region.
Overseeing the sale of an organization's products or services in a specified district.
Sourcing and selecting dealers and other distributors. Recruiting new sales staff and participating in interviewing process.
Reviewing objectives of all external sales people in close liaison with business group heads. Reviewing training requirements as necessary.
Education
IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
