Contexte:
Rattaché au directeur commercial, vous prenez en charge **la stratégie et le développement de votre Business Unit.**

Les principales **missions** du Business Unit Director sont les suivantes:
Définition de la stratégie commerciale de votre Business Unit (business plan & organisation)

Management de business developers

Lobbying de haut niveau

Génération de business en direct

Coordination avec les practices managers afin de proposer les offres de services du cabinet

Participation au recrutement de collaborateurs

De formation bac+5 ou équivalent, vous avez acquis **une solide expérience en ESN/SSII** **(minimum 4 années)**. Vous occupez actuellement un poste d'**ingénieur d'affaires sénior ou de responsable d'agence** et justifiez idéalement d'une bonne connaissance des acteurs de l'assurance, de la banque ou finance sur Paris.

Votre réseau ou votre** tempérament commercial **vous permettra de développer rapidement et durablement cette activité au sein du cabinet. **Charismatique, vif et impliqué,** vous souhaitez prendre part au développement d'un cabinet haut de gamme, humain et en forte croissance.
