Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and guide a group of sales professionals to meet both individual and team objectives.
  • Strategic Development: Play a vital role in shaping sales strategies, establishing ambitious targets, and executing plans to reach those goals.
  • Business Growth: Work collaboratively with the team to discover new market opportunities.
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales pipeline, assess progress, and implement necessary measures to ensure targets are met.
  • Client Engagement: Foster strong connections with key clients, understand their requirements, and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
  • Background in cybersecurity or IT is advantageous.
