**Description du poste**
- Within the BtoC Retail Marketing team of the New Mobilities and Marketing department of TotalEnergies, you will support the Strategic Marketing team on a worldwide scope. During this apprenticeship you will participate to various activities:

- Make regular competitive watch on the retail brands and competition about customer engagement practices & loyalty programs
- Make dashboard with relevant KPI to pilote & monitor loyalty programs for Europe
- Deploy the new customer engagement strategy worldwide to tackle businesses priorities (Europe, EV markets, etc.) by making the frame works, accompanying the affiliates in the change management, working closely with IT to implement customer journeys, making User Acceptance Tests, etc. on various touchpoints (Mobile App, on website, on site, etc.)
- Animate the Customer Engagement / Loyalty community with affiliates teams, zones & HQ representatives from different business lines to inspire, to share best practices and to support teams
- Implement new uses cases for data collection and animation: gamification, loyalty, segmentation, social media, lead ads, customer profiling, etc
- Support affiliates in the adoption of the gamification platform Qualifio (put in place repertory of training videos, guidelines to set up campaigns, share best practices, make regular return on experiences points to understand pain points and work with different stakeholders to improve processes...)
- Carry out communication actions to promote the SERVICES APP (our B2C mobile app for the M&S Branch) : newsletter, videos, reporting, targeting at internal stakeholders: TotalEnergies affiliates, zones, etc. on a worldwide perimeter.

**Contexte et Environnement**
- The Marketing & Services (MS) division is responsible for the commercial activities of TotalEnergies. It designs and markets historical fossil fuel products, as well as innovative, low-carbon, alternative and bio-based energy products.
- The position covers an international scope (15,000 service stations in approximately 65 countries) and in a highly competitive environment: Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas. A great opportunity to evolve within a strategic and international management in a fast moving sector. You will work with two tutors: the B2C Customer Engagement Manager and the B2C Mobile App Manager.

- You are preparing a Master’s degree in Digital Marketing for Septembre 2023 and are looking for a one-year apprenticeship starting in August 2023.**Hardskills**:
