- Accueillir le client dès son arrivée
- Conseiller le client
- Présentation de la carte au client et prise de commandes
- S’assurer de la satisfaction du client
- Encaissement du client
- Contrôler la mise en place des tables avant chaque service
- Encadrer et superviser les commis de salle et chefs de rang
- Gestion des plannings SERVICE sur le restaurant
- Gestion des absences
- Lien avec la cuisine et la pizza au quotidien
- Maintien de la propreté de la salle

Type d'emploi : CDI

Rémunération : 2 491,00€ à 2 821,00€ par mois
