**Voici le périmètre du poste**:
Rattaché à la Directrice Commerciale Europe, vous êtes responsable d'un des marchés stratégiques en France : détails à venir quand nous nous verrons
Parmi vos missions, on peut citer:
Mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale et la politique tarifaire,
- Entretenir le portefeuille de clients existants dans un esprit de partenariat,
- Développer et prospecter de nouveaux comptes,
- Définir le budget annuel des ventes et un plan de minimum 3 ans,
- Atteindre les objectifs fixés en termes de budget/chiffre d'affaires/marge,
- Négocier les contrats et conditions commerciales,
- Gérer et coordonner les activités opérationnelles (prévisions, bons de commande )
- Suivre le marché pour anticiper les changements.

C'est à vous de briller
L'idéal, c'est de disposer d'une double compétence commerce / chimie, mais le plus important, c'est d'avoir déjà une expérience de la vente de principes actifs pharmaceutiques (API catalogue).
Vos compétences techniques nous intéressent, mais nous cherchons aussi une personnalité : vous êtes orienté client, passionné par le commerce et vous savez créer de la valeur dans des contextes parfois complexes.
