Notre mission est d’avoir un impact positif sur les histoires de vie, nous sommes “l’agence 360°”, qui accompagne les clients sur l’ensemble de leurs projets immobiliers.

**️ Descriptif du poste**:
**Ta mission : faire croître le nombre de copropriétés clientes chez Manda **

Le département Sales (pour la gestion de copropriété) compte une quinzaine de personnes, managés par **Benjamin (Head of Sales)**:

- 2 SDR dont l’objectif est de qualifier les prospects et d’organiser des RDV en physique avec les Account Executive ;
- 10 Account Executive, dont l’objectif est d’accompagner les prospects sur la suite du cycle de vente jusqu’à la signature du contrat. Notre **cycle de vente est long et complexe** (3 à 4 mois en moyenne).

Nous recherchons de nouvelles personnes pour venir en renfort de notre équipe Account Executive, nous aider à gérer le flux croissant de prospects et développer notre activité en France.

**Au quotidien, tu devras**:
Gérer la relation avec les prospects:

- Comprendre les besoins et les problématiques rencontrées par les copropriétaires et les convaincre que **Manda **est la bonne solution pour y répondre ;
- Établir une relation de confiance avec les copropriétaires et les présidents de conseils syndicaux ;
- Réaliser des rendez-vous et fixer clairement les prochaines étapes du cycle de vente ;
- Convaincre de façon directe et indirecte la majorité de la copropriété ;
- Pitcher la solution lors des Assemblées Générales ;
- Analyser des leviers pour améliorer la conversion ;
- Faire remonter les retours des prospects / clients pour participer à l’amélioration du produit ;
- Participer à l’amélioration continue du discours et des process en interne.

Tu seras donc l’ambassadeur de **Manda **auprès de nos prospects et tu devras ainsi assurer un suivi global avec une communication transparente qui véhicule nos valeurs.

Une formation initiale est prévue à ton arrivée, pour t’accompagner au mieux dans ta prise de poste, suivi d’un programme de formation en continu.

**Profil recherché**:
Le poste est ouvert aux profils commerciaux avec une expérience de 2 à 4 ans en tant que commercial/business developer/account executive.

Si tu as une précédente expérience dans le monde du syndic ou de l'immobilier, c'est encore mieux

***‍️ Déroulement des entretiens**:
Notre process se déroule, en général, sur deux semaines:
1️⃣**ENTRETIEN DE DECOUVERTE (20’)** C’est en visio que tu vas échanger avec Jean-Baptiste ou Paul, Talent Acquisition Manager chez Manda

Nous allons parler de toi, de ce qui te motive à nous rejoindre sur ce poste en particulier, de ton parcours, de ta personnalité et de tes attentes.

2️⃣**ENTRETIEN MANAGER (1h)** Viens rencontrer ton futur manager, pour échanger plus en détail sur le poste et les missions.

3️⃣**ENTRETIEN CULTURAL FIT (30’) **Rencontre avec d'autres pôles pour clôturer le process autour d'un 'cultural fit'.
