**Vous avez une première expérience en tant que Key Account Manager? Fed Business, cabinet de recrutement spécialisé dans les fonctions commerciales, marketing et communication, recherche pour son client, un compte-clé / Key Account Manager H/F, en CDI à Evry.**
**Votre fonction**:
Assurer le développement de l'activité commerciale avec les enseignes dont il a la charge ;
Négocier auprès des centrales d'achats dont il a la charge, dans le cadre des directives nationales qui lui sont prescrites et dans le respect de la politique commerciale ;
Assurer avec l'ensemble de ses clients la qualité de la relation commerciale (QRC) au travers de visites régulières dans l’année ainsi que des échanges à distance nécessaires dans l’intervalle ;
Organiser des « business reviews » trimestrielles avec les interlocuteurs appropriés des enseignes dont il a la charge, afin d’évaluer l’état d’avancement par rapport au business plan convenu en début d’année, et mettre en place des actions correctives si nécessaire ;
S'assure de la répercussion sur le terrain des accords négociés avec les centrales (et notamment en termes d’assortiment, plan merchandising, actions cross-merchandising, plan promotionnel ) ;
Participe aux réunions d’information et de travail organisées au siège ou en dehors du siège.

**Votre profil**:
Forte orientation business (culture ROI/ indicateurs de performances) et bonne compréhension des relations avec la grande distribution française ;
Esprit d’équipe et fortes compétences relationnelles / interpersonnelles ;
Expérience confirmée de Key Account management (3 - 5 années), incluant la gestion de comptes majeurs (multi canaux Offline/Online) ;
Expérience dans le domaine des produits de grande consommation et de marque à forte notoriété (FMCG et/ou consommables dans les secteurs de l’équipement de la maison).
